Goolets LTD is not responsible for any losses, damage, death, injuries, or claims whatsoever arising from, connected with, or related to any activities engaged in by guests while cruising on the ships or tenders in any port of call, registered under Goolets LTD. This includes all shore excursions, whether booked online, sold onboard or sold by third parties ashore. Guests engage in all such activities off the ship at their own risk.

Restrictions
Please note that there are certain restrictions based on age, health, weight and/or height, which have been imposed by the individual operators for your own safety. Goolets LTDurges you to abide by them.
Ship owners have the right to require any individual to withdraw from an excursion at any time if they deem that individual’s conduct detrimental to or incompatible with the interests, comfort, well-being or harmony of the group as a whole. Ship owners reserve the right to alter or adjust excursions to meet local conditions for participant safety and convenience. Neither Goolets LTD nor ship owners will extend financial reimbursement to compensate for a guest’s disappointment in the event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Goolets LTD or the ship owners make it impossible to provide services as intended.

Prices for ships are quoted per ship in EUR and are subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply.
The most brokerage prices includes only the sole net price of gulet.The price usually excludes: brokerage fees, VAT, export and extra paperf work fees, any renoviations made in boatyards if not agreed otherwise.
