A lot of motor sailors are for sale in Croatia, but most of the owners want to keep this as TOP SECRET as it could affect their business in negative way. We have to respect this, so we will only offer these ships to serious buyers who will present themselves as credible clients with real interest.

 

LETTER OF COMMITMENT

This is document which will help both of parties to understand obligations of cooperation between:

GULETBOATS.COM ( Hereinafter will be called the “broker” )
 
And (NAME, SURNAME, MAIL AND PHONE NUMBER OF A CLIENT:
 ________________________________ _____________________________
( hereinafter will be called the “buyer” )
 
With this commitment the Buyer obligates himself that every gulet that will be presented to him from the Brokers side, can only be purchased through company Guletboats.com(BROKER). Buyer can make a purchase directly through the Seller or through another party for presented gulets only with Brokers written permission. Buyer or any person in business or private correlation can not make the purchase of this gulet.
 
The Buyer is responsible to give to Guletboats.com (BROKER) as comprehensive information as possible. If the needs and wishes of buyer change in a process, buyer is asked to immediately let know the broker of changed desires.
 
Presented gulets are all gulets, that “Broker” has sent to buyer VIA e-mail.
