Arrival
On arrival we will pick you up at the airport and we will be your host for the time you spend there. After hotel accomodation we will take you to a nice meal where you will meet with our people and where we will be glad to answer all your questions. It is very important for us we start with good energy and meeting and getting to know each other is the main point of the first meeting.

Getting to know Turkey and our company
After you take a rest from your trip we will go through complete info about all procedures that has to be made; you will get complete info about our company and together we will make a schedule for your stay in Turkey.

After that, we can show you some boatyards, gulets in general, give you several idea about Turkey and how the business is made there. After that, it will be time for real action.

Checking the gulets
First we will organize for you all trips to gulets you are interested in. You will meet with the owners and you will be able to make complete tours of that gulets, from cabins, salon, kitchen, engines, materials and everything. We will also show you registration papers of this gulet and warn you if there is something you have to be careful with that gulet. After first tour of 4,5 or more gulets, we will sit with you and help you determine which 2 or 3 options would be the best. It is always good to have at least 2 gulets which you would be interested in buying, because of easier negotiations.

Decision and negotiations
After you narrow your search, we will organize a sea trial for you and visit the owner again together. During this time, we will carry out all negotiation process for you and agree on a final price. This process is very interesting and you will see on board why it is good to have a good broker behind you when doing this.

Paper work
After your finnal decision there is a standard procedure that has to be completed, so that you do not have any problems later. You will go through complete procedure with our company, and we can complete everything for you:

• chamber of shipping procedure, yacht survey
• notary procedures (Bill of state, agreements,…)
• application to harbour master procedure
• payment procedure
• custom procedure
• export procedure

We can also help you in decision about any needed repairs of gulet. We can also help you choose the best boatyard that will be undertaking any upgrades you would want to do or find you the crew that will bring the gulet to your country.

Last details
Last days of your trip are reserved for all details and actions that were not made before. Here we also see if you will have to come to Turkey again, or complete process was completed and made.
